The Establishment of an Exeweb Redevelopment 'Think Tank'

Bearing in mind some of the excesses of our previous regime, I'd say the PP makes sense. Walk don't run. The suits tend to get very possesive over their status though, but it is YOUR football club though after all. I agree with some of the other punters on here, with regards an out of town...

Ridsdale is here because he is useful to Brent, the staff seem think highly of him too. He doesn't have the keys to the safe so I'm not worried about. As Ian said earlier echoing what ********, RW and my own sources said earlier, Exeters problems are far from behind from. Neither are ours, nor...

Is this the end for our Green chums ? (Pt 2)

Did you think of the 'small companies' when Exeter City negiotiated CVA's in 1994 and in 2003? No? Well you've made yourself look a bit silly with that post then, haven't you?

So where has it all gone wrong?

He claims he didn't and that Keith Todd never told him anything. More cynical types would say that he left Toddy to carry the can and got Risdale in to bail him out whilst he fooked off to Dubai! BTW anyone saying Tisdale out needs their heads seeing too, with falling crowds the last thing you...

Karl Robinson & Paul Tisdale in the frame for

Oh dear. Check out your chip. I think we'll be OK and we'll be seeing you next season judging how useless you were against us in the JPT. We'll meet again.

Karl Robinson & Paul Tisdale in the frame for

Tisdale and Forest don't match up for me, they won't want to gamble on a relative unknown with the support they have. Thats no indictment of Tisdale, more of yer average Forest fan who still thinks their 2 European cups in the 70's are relevant. Tisdale isn't going to want the hassle...

So where has it all gone wrong?

Its all about momentum, to get to the championship you would have needed realistically to have done it last season. Historically that is how Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Gillingham, Crewe and Rotherham did it. Many promotions within a short space of time.

A bit like your trust ownership then.

So where has it all gone wrong?

An interesting thread, mainly because it’s all so familiar. We had our moment of do or die back when we were 4th in the Championship. Unfortunately our board had decided to start playing a deadly game of monopoly with the ground rather than add the two or three players Holloway wanted which he...

The Fragility of Trust Control in the Current Economic Climate

Ain't that the truth, PCC recently made a positive statement about buying the ground back to the great relief of all. Surely with the trust being majority shareholders, you're protected from the sharks that infested our club. Also in terms of its position your ground isn't really that...

The Fragility of Trust Control in the Current Economic Climate

Right, we got ours 3/4 finished with a mixture of council funding and football league grants. This sort of money isn't available any more, I'm pretty sure Exeter developed the cowshed and big bank from FT money as well. Unless I'm wrong, you dont own your ground do you? If so I don't see where...

The Fragility of Trust Control in the Current Economic Climate

I think way back in the day, greedy piggy eyed accountant Paul Stapleton claimed ours was 16k which was ridiculous. However it does highlight the need for preparing for when the floaters float away, anyone could have seen that we weren't going to maintain that, especially given some of the...
