If you are coming in to Waterloo, best get off at Clapham Junction (if it stops there) and get into Victoria that way

Tickets available on the gate, you would have saved a couple of quid if you'd brought in advance.

Trains from LB take an extra 20 mins, so the majority will be going from Victoria I'd imagine.
