That Hartlepool game was one of my first, and afterwards I drew a picture of Alan Banks scoring, and a neighbour kindly took it along to the club and got players to sign it, including the great man himself. For years it was my most prized possession (we had it framed!).

Much later it got lost in a house move and I was very sad at the time but now I think it's for the best, because I choose to remember it as a brilliant work of art, whereas in fact it was probably a mess of crayons done by an over-excited 7 year old.
