My recollection (which might be wrong) is that there was much more than a handful of City supporters. I would have put it at a couple of hundred

(goes off to search for YouTube footage of the celebration)
I was there with Stroudy and Gozzer  We met Ollie's uncle in the queue and he gave us a spare ticket he had.

Flukey goal.

As anyone in the Adams Family will tell you, "it was a mis-hit".
He slipped

If the parents of Sonny Cox, Harry Lee, Jack Veale, at al, are reading about Ollie's fantastic achievement, please consider how having a bit of patience, in his formative years, was the best thing he had.
Agreed and compare this with how Ethan’s career has gone.

Perhaps a more relevant comparator than Ethan will be the progress of Ben Chrisene? A player who has chosen a club that appears to value development of its youngsters rather than one that just hoovers them up like Panini cards only to discard them later.

Think we need to stop comparing their respective careers. Ollie simply wasn’t good enough to attract interest at the age of 15/16. If he had been he would have left as well.

Also, Ethan is an established international already.

At the same age as Ethan is now, Ollie had had a promising half season in League 2 whereas Ethan is already playing regularly in the Premiership.

Well, he’s played for Wales of course , but if he had chosen England would he have been picked for us?
