On hiatus.
Been away all day, just got back in and seen the score. Crikey. Well done City, Tis, the team, et al. [G]

Yes, other than the utterly cringeworthy and frankly embarrassing attempts at the Icelandic chants. Stick to your own stuff boys, there's enough to be ashamed of at the club this season without adding that to the list.
Couldn't agree more.

I agree, the Icelandic chant was embarrassing.

With the momentum we've got going at the moment, it's a pity we couldn't get a game organised for next Saturday.

As an aside, and it'll be just over a month before we play managerless Notts County, here's 3 goals that Notts County have conceded in the last 13 months against Cambridge United. The stuff of nightmares for our goal keeping coaches!

One thing I would say in terms of the Cambridge tactics from their first goal yesterday and the first goal against us back in October is that it can pay to really put the keeper under pressure at pass-backs.

Anyway, what a tonic City's recent form has been, amazing what a bit of confidence can do for a side.*

*TRYING not to mischievously open a can of worms from a few weeks ago when I was pilloried for suggesting confidence plays a big role in player performance. Tee-hee.

I see that Harley and Watkins have made the "Times" team of yesterday :)

Apparently, Steve Cotterill was at the match yesterday "scouting for a mate".

Wonder who his mate is...

Looking at the YouTube highlights, now the euphoria of yesterday has calmed down, anyone think, the third one wasn't a penalty, there was a handball and offside in the 4th, and that their attempt in the first thirty seconds could of crossed the line? Creating a very different game?

On the other hand....3 points, 4-0 win, UTC!
