Four Exeter City players go out on loan

Exeter City have sent four of their young players out on loan.

Sonny Cox, age 19, has gone to Yeovil Town of the National League South until January. Yeovil Town are top of the table ahead of rivals Taunton Town on goal difference. Sonny has played 13 times for Exeter so far this season, but has yet to score in League One.

Mitch Beardmore, age 18, has joined Joe O’Connor at Tavistock Town on loan until January 2024. Mitch signed professional forms with Exeter earlier this year. Tavistock play in the Southern League Division One South.

Ed James and Pedro Borges have joined Dorchester Town on loan until January. The pair link up the Southern League Premier Division South side. Dorchester Town are currently 17th in the table.

Pedro and Ed both signed their first professional deals with Exeter in March. Ed James was on loan at  Weston-Super-Mare AFC earlier in the season, but was recalled for an EFL Trophy game against Arsenel U21s.

Pedro Borges made his Exeter City first team début in the EFL Trophy last season and hasmade five first team appearances this season, including three League One games.
