Vil has been with us for a few weeks now and he’s so eager to get going.

He cancelled his holiday to come down after international duty. He turned up at 6am on his first day full of energy and excitement.

He comes with experience of league football at this level, as well as in Scotland and Finland, and he’s played for his national team, so we are really excited to have him.

He’s ready, he’s trained and he’s up to speed and he already has a feel for the club.

Sinisalo spoke enthusiastically to Exeter’s social media team of his move:-

It was mid-June when I heard and I was excited. The gaffer gave me the chance to come down and meet everyone and train for a bit before I went back to Villa for pre-season, and I really appreciate that from him.

Ollie Watkins has said a lot of good things about the club and he’s given me some good tips on the area, and he has definitely confirmed to me that this a good place to play.
