Trust Board Discusses Paul Tisdale’s Managerial Performance

At the regular Trust Board meeting held yesterday the current managerial performance of Paul Tisdale was discussed. Following an email campaign by users of that the Trust Board did discuss these matters, the Trust Board have issued a statement:-

The Club’s home form and league position were key topics for discussion at tonight’s Trust Board meeting. Trustees considered letters from a number of members expressing new_scoreboarddissatisfaction with current results. The Trust Board shares these concerns and stressed the need for improvement to Club Board Chairman Julian Tagg.

Saturday’s game at home to Doncaster Rovers was the Grecians seventh defeat in League 2 at St James Park, and to date they’ve gained just the one point at home, one of the poorest records in the English Football League. There is clear frustration and dissent within the Club’s fanbase, which both the Trust Board and the Club Board need to attend to. The Club currently lies in 23rd place in the table.

The Club now has two away games, before they entertain Luton Town at home on Saturday 26th November, a team they’ve already lost at home to, in the FA Cup.
