AFC St Austell to be Grecians 3rd Pre-Season Friendly

Exeter City have announced a third friendly this afternoon. The Grecians will be sending a team to play a pre-season friendly against AFC St Austell on Tuesday 28th July. The game will kick off at 7.30pm. [Note. This has been rescheduled for the following week and will now be played on Tuesday 4 August with a 7.30pm kick off).

AFC St Austell, nicknamed as The Lillywhites, were crowned as champions of the South West Peninsula League Premier Division this last season. They also retained the Cornwall County FA Cup with a 3-0 win against Godolphin Atlantic Additionally, they were narrowly denied a trip to Wembley as Glossop North End were 2-1 aggregate winners in the semi-final of the FA Vase.
