Lawson D’Ath – “I’ve Enjoyed it”

With the season now complete loanee Lawson D’Ath will return to his parent Club, Reading FC.

Lawson made 8 appearances for the Grecians, and had previously made 3 appearances for League 2 rivals Cheltenham Town. He scored the one goal for Exeter City, in the 4-1 win over Bradford City at the Park.

Speaking to the Official Site, Lawson had this to say about Exeter City:-

I’ve really enjoyed it – I’ve had a really good time here. Chesterfield was one of those games where we played well but the result just didn’t go our way.  We just needed to be tighter at the back – not just the back-four, but as a whole team.
But there’s a lot of good young players that have come out of the Academy, and I think Exeter can be very proud of that because it’s not easy to bring players through like that.  They’ve done it really well with a group of players, not just one or two.
