Captain Coles Calls on City Fans to be 12th Man

At today’s press briefing much was made of the support that the fans can provide to the players. There are 2 games left at home, Dagenham and Redbridge this coming Saturday and then Cheltenham Town a fortnight later.

Danny Cole said

There is no signs of tiredness with the players, we need to be on the top of our game. The spirit in the camp is good. After the 2 games over the weekend, the boys wanted to come in and do better. A big 3 points is at stake. So come and back us. Be our 12th man. The support of the fans can give the players a lift.

There is never an easy game. Supporters away this season has been phenomenal.

Paul Tisdale went on to say in response to the question that the next 5 games are big:-

Fans have been good, the youngsters in the Big Bank have been really positive. We’re in a really good situation. They can lead the team and give it energy.  Better than being negative. They been really good. We’ve got a chance of being in League 1, why wouldn’t they?
