The Red Army goes to the Olympics

Two young members of Exeter City’s Red Army were able to watch the Brazil/Egypt football game at the Millennium Stadium yesterday (26th July). The Red Army is the Grecians Junior Supporter Club. They were the lucky recipients Olympics tickets that had been donated to the Red Army by Tim Downer and Westerly BMW.

The pictures how Michael (Taylor) in his Exeter shirt, and also him is Jacob (Jackson), with Michael declaring his support for Brazil.

As to the game, Brazil were coasting at 3-0 up at half-time,but a spirited second-half performance by Egypt saw them pull 2 goals back, but able to get the draw. So, a 5 goal game, an Olympics football match and a visit to the Millennium Stadium. Quite a day to remember for these young boys.
