A little bit of humility goes a long way

When he does go I don’t think he will manage another club. I just get the feeling he will distance himself from football on go into another field of business.

Here we blimmin go again. Paul Tisdale isn't popular with some because they have no clue about class. Easy. Maybe someone can start yet another thread on this so we can all post the same thing yet again.

Together We Are Stronger.
I'm starting to think the whole Tisdale saga is becoming an allegory for Brexit. Two camps bitterly divided, a fear of the unknown vs maintaing the status quo with the possibilty of a soft Texit when the powers that be make him Director of Football instead in an effort to keep everyone happy, when in fact they please no one.

It's a funny old game.

Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.
The above from Geoff sums the split up perfectly for me although he is most likely partly on the wind up at times.
Those who are pro Tisdale aren't any more flexible than those who have issues with him. As with any thread if anyone is bored or annoyed by it then lack of posts will soon see it drop away to be replaced by something else, of course both sides are probably as bad as each other and not prepared to do so.

While the threads are at the top of the forums it's likely that the discussion will continue, whether it is original or not.

Loving the free flowing entertaining football at S
Good point. His job is to win games.
Exactly that & unless we win the playoffs the reality is he hasn’t achieved what he set out to do (Time will tell)

Being a bit more humble & less arrogant IMO would help his popularity - he’s in a privileged position earning a massive salary and yet he seems to think he’s doing us a favour.

Him , Tagg & Perryman have too much power and when there questioned they don’t react well IMO

Tis rarely gets any praise for anything he does on Exeweb, but as I've said before I think this is disproportionately negative in terms of our whole fanbase, but that is just a guess on my part.

As already stated this a pointless thread which will just repeat the same old posts we've been seeing for the last 2 years or more....

This thread could easily have been titled "Why is Wenger/Mourinho/Conte/A.N.Other not universally popular with the fan base?"

Isn't it just. Just have to find the right person to guide our club to the sunlit uplands, to which we're fully entitled.

Well, he's out there...somewhere.
