With Cureton signing for Orient and a list of other players that may leave....will we have the fire power all over the pitch to push for a playoff place or let alone stay in the league?
bit early in the day to start drinking isnt it?Not scared at all, Bauza and Nardiello will be the key to a 2nd place finish.
Somewhat OTT this thread in my opinion:S - "stay in the league"!With Cureton signing for Orient and a list of other players that may leave....will we have the fire power all over the pitch to push for a playoff place or let alone stay in the league?
Shut up you tart.In Tis we Trust as long as we still play attractive football mid table will be fine. There really is no point in talking about play offs or automatic promotion we would not stay up in the championship. A better home record this year with maybe two home defeats the same away record as last season would be fantastic but a side that concedes 73 goals is always going to struggle unless you can score over a 100 like Peterborough. We need the away end sorted and the old grandstand gone. Average home gate of 6,500 a big money transfer selling then maybe the Championship. The most important thing we MUST stay in this League.
But we are doing a reserve team, just not entering the League. That said, it's true, this will free up a fair bit of cash, Perryman said as much, and with the savings on wages of Cureton and the fringe players we've released, there must be enough for at least 2 first team level players. If were not doing a reserve team this season, and loaning players out that would free extra wages up + Cureton's gone, so thats his crappy wages gone, so we can easily get a few quality players in!
Charming lolShut up you tart.
