The Blissland inn, Blissland on Bodmin Moor.

The match being cancelled and travelling home early we decided to swerve off at the above to sample some of the eight excellent ales on tap. I enjoyed a pint of Buddha Ale (Sharpes) whilst Ben Wembley took it upon himself to drink a pint of the entire selection. With hilarious consequences!

Well worth a visit, proper village pub (probably busy in summer), they have a festival of mild ales in May.

Was this 8 pints in total, one of each of the 8 varieties on tap - or a single pint, composed of little samples from each of the 8? The hilarious consequences would definitely be affected by whichever option was followed...

8 pints in 90 minutes and one (the last one) was 8.4 percent!
