Last pub I went to was the Vic on Union Road.
As above. We didn't have a VIP booth.

Loving the boy Stanno
I have a taste card which entitled me to 50% off food Sunday to Thursday.
Bet you just buy twice the amount of food.

Never done this before
The Havelock Tavern, Brook Green.

Decent west London boozer with good food and tolerable Doom Bar. Obviously should be called the Havelock Inn though.

Surely you jest! Wetherspoon's, The Dockle Farmhouse, here in Swindon, was emblazoned with the flag of 'Merrie England.'

no i do not jest......the only thing to celebrate was apparently a guest ale which must have been hidden under the counter

Couldn't let this thread pass without another mention for the Chesterfield Arms, frequented on Saturday.

Previous to that I was in my favourite boozer, the Red Lion in Isleworth, on Friday night.

I fail to believe that any drinking establishment where you can reserve a VIP Booth is decent!

You'd be surprised. Decent service, decent beer, decent food. There's that many pubs in St Helens, if they're not on top of their game, then they don't get the business.

Bet you just buy twice the amount of food.
No chance!!!
