Was in at 12.25pm done as others have had to wait another hour to get in again,nevermind all booked now(clap)

Much of a wait on the phone line? Any idea if the call cost is expensive from a landline? Was the operator quite efficient and easy to understand?

Around 20 mins, Operator was helpful, went through a range of options (4 adults 3 kids), before going for block 126.

Sometimes the old ways are the best!
