Agreed seen that happen before just hope game on leaving home soon .

The club must be concerned if the ref has been asked to arrive early .

I'm sure Clive the Head Groundsman will not say 'playable' in his opinion if it isn't playable. He won't want the pitch like a ploughed field with 6 days to go to compromise a game worth quarter of a million pounds to the Club. He will have this at the back of his mind.

Ah, the ref.....I suspect it will depend on how many roast spuds he had over the festive period and whether he can be arsed to run about a bit....Looks like i'll be setting off before a difinitive decision is made..Respect to the groundstaff though, if its been as bad as it sounds down there they've done well to get it into contention for a game at least.

Yet again a fairly slow action by the club communications machine though...
