Was letting go of Norwood the Tisdale's biggest mistake?

Biggest transfer mistake was not making Noone a permanent signing, if it was true we could of had him for as little as 50K.

I would mention the amount of stupid contract renewals, but there is too many to name.
Not true. I spoke to Tis about this. We offered £100k. Scum accepted. Then realised Sturrock was due 20% and asked us to stump up more. We couldn't afford more.

Tisdale's biggest mistake? This wouldn't even get into the top 250! See Watson, Saunders, Logan (about 5 contract renewals too many) and every other reject he signed when no one else wanted them. And that was just his recruitment mistakes.
Neil Saunders was a bloody good player just so unlucky he got badly injured in his first home pre season friendly .
Just ask Matt Taylor how good he was .

Its been mentioned in another thread but I think it deserves its own. The boy is banging them in for fun now... most people here recognised the talent but Tis totally dropped the ball. Thoughts ect?
If we had kept on the books every promising youngster in the hope that ten years later he would come good we would be bankrupt by now. The biggest regret will be from Norwood that he has wasted all the best years of his career. As has been mentioned the striker banging them in at Rotherham was a huge mistake by Tisdale

The Liverpool first XI is the only blunder that gets close in my opinion. And even then I can see the logic behind playing an experienced team even though it was a huge mistake.

Could you explain the logic behind the selection to me . Perhaps then I can look back on it and not think it the work of an utter buffoon. Perhaps I'll be able to forget how Klopp sniggered live on tv . Perhaps........

That to me was a complete howler.

There’s playing experience and then there’s playing a bunch of players who couldn’t run. Didn’t Morrison tell Tisdale he shouldn’t be starting? Even he knew it was ridiculous!

Not taking Vassell from Truro, when recommended by Tully, was a mistake, with the benefit of hindsight.
