I am looking for an old cheap rowing boat, condition not important as it will not be used on the water. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Funnily enough I was just saying to the Missus I must get rid of that old rowing boat in the back garden 'cos it wont float anymore and it's a bit of an eyesore.

I am after one to paint up and then put it in the front garden and use it for a flower pot

Firstly I would suspect that my learned grecian friend is using sarcasm, secondly I would suspect that he is from somewhere in the Gloucester region ;)

I don't have a rowing boat but do have a decommissioned nuclear submarine which, with a few minor adjustments, would make a perfect flower pot.

Buyer collects, mind.
