Only watched the second half but Spain have been really niggly. They didn't really create anything until gifted the soft penalty. If anything we should have killed the game off and would have if we could pick a white shirt in the six yard box. We got in behind to the byline enough.

You have to credit Lee Carsley as there have been more talented and balanced u21 squads but not as well coached and set up. With so many midfielders who want to run forward they really get their shape out of possession. On top of that, Harwood-Bellis and Colwell are rock solid and Trafford a good prospect in goal.

Down to opportunity now for them. I think Colwell could really get a go at Chelsea under Poch. Harwood-Bellis might have to look at moving from Man City though. I am not sure he is ready to step into that side yet. It is a very high bar.
