From the BBC:
1422: Cracking lower league chat, this: Exeter City have paid a transfer fee for a player for the first time in seven years. Stunningly-named Spurs defender Troy Archibald-Henville arrives for an undisclosed fee after two successful loan spells.

Quoting the City website.Website says last player signed for a fee was Devine.

I think it was no fee at the time but 50% of the next fee?

Good post, the last bit is spot on.

From what I've seen I always thought he was playing within himself, lots more to come from him.
