No it wasn't, but may be it would have been if they hadn't sat back for the first three quarters of the building process and only tried to complete it in a rush in the final quarter.It was just a turn of phrase and remember Rome wasn't built in a day.

Should that be the case then our gates will continue to drop younger supporters in particular will fall out of love with a Club which has openly admitted to having no ambition to progress and the downward spiral will continue.Gravitate between League 2 and non league seems to be the plan if the reports of the other night's meeting are anything to go on.
