Suggest you proof read the article...it says the announcement will be made on Thursday September 9th which unless we are time travelling is difficult...

Don't see how PT can win it..

He's not going to, is he... it'll go to whoever got the most points and if its even, the pitiability of the club will serve as goal difference.

Surely Howe has it in the bag. No money, one of the favourites for the drop but still sitting in an automatic promotion spot.

It's such a bloody pointless award.

Manager of the Year would kind of make sense as you can set the resources available against progress made, and consider it all in the round.

Manager of the Month is just saying, "Yep, I see you happen to have won more games than other people in the four or five matches you've played this month." How can you possibly judge a manager's performance on a handful of games in isolation? The real tests for a manager are how you turn it around after a poor run, how you cope with injury issues, how you spend wisely, and fundamentally whether players are better for having had the benefit of your guidance for a year or two.

Good to see Tissy recognised. Howe gets my vote, though. Amazing start for Boscombe.
