Seems a delayed start being two weeks after the season ended? Perhaps that was all the company could offer as they have been offered multiple riches by starting today on the Wrexham pitch :)
No idea, it' just a 'fact' i heard from a trusted source. Maybe Chaz is wanting a few days off before a long hard summer's work on SJP & Cliff Hill.

He (and all the groundstaff) certainly deserve their time in the sun and unlike the players there is never complete down time with the pitches to look after at the Cliff Hill and SJP. After all there are few guarantees in life but the grass will always grow :)

Ideal pitch for Sweenz curling pass down the line one half, and his slice down the line in the other 🙂

Once the pitches have been seeded I guess there's little that can be done to them for a couple of weeks.

so the media boys are interviewing Chas today and not editing a video about the retained list or hoped for good news like KMcD signing!

Not quite given the work at the Cliff Hill on the pitches took place a few weeks ago meaning they will need after care before the pitch at SJP does

Does our pitch need hard work over the summer? Surely it just needs weekly maintenance. It's a perfect pitch
