That doesnt fill you with much confidence to use that coach firm.at least we managed to get a coach firm that was reliable(think it was target travel)it also looks like the dog and duck team rather than torquay utd.shame because there fans are a good bunch.

not so good at Torquay either..two points and two places above relegation not to the Conference, but from the Conference.

I like Nicholson, wish him well, realise he's got scant resources, but this puts into perspective the claims that he was some sort of managerial genius.

Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.
His interview last night pulled no punches, but was honest and didn't single out individuals. You tend to get that from managers who realise they are under pressure and not bigger than the club. He clearly needs to improve torquays results, but I respect that he comes out and accepts that it is not good enough.

I like Nicholson as a person but assumptions are beginning to appear on here. Read the gulls boards and many fans have said that they run out of steam after 65 minutes, no passion in the side, a lot of training done in the gym. Any manager can go on Facebook and have a rant but it's how you deal with the problems that count.

True, all managers should be accountable for results, and in general they are.

Struggling with the idea that they've gone back to the company that clearly has no interest in football.
