Happy New Year fellow Grecians and a new year seems to be a good time to get back to starting these threads at midnight. City's first trip to Sutton is of particular interest to me as I grew up 10 or 15 minutes away and still have lots of family in the area. When the fixture list came out I was hoping to be able to get to this game but unfortunately I'm still stuck overseas and will be watching on iFollow instead.

The road leading up to the Gibson Road car park is closed…there is a little diversion that takes you up and around the back and in…I’ve managed to get some street parking about half a mile up the road.

The Crown in the High Street is open..Supping a Becks Blue at this very moment waiting for the mid day game on Sky.
Not much of a selection for Real Ale lovers,but it looks a decent traditional South London boozer.
