Thanks for the links as have not seen the tributes from here in Essex. Steve Perryman as usual speaks in such a fine manner on all subjects but his thoughts on Adam as a person ( more than a footballer ) were a fitting tribute.

Was very impressed with the composure that Dave showed in front of TV cameras at this time, and spoke so fittingly too. Well done Dave.

Got to disagree, Sturtz. Tbh, I did watch it several times as it captivated my interest for some unknown reason. And, thanks to your unusual doubting ways, I watched it again! 42 / 43 seconds in, during the slow replay, the ball clearly goes into goal just behind the goal post and through the net...
