Cant see Tis getting too much higher for a while now, Southgate looks to be staying put, unless they start very poorly, maybe Dave Jones will go if Cardiff aren't firing on all 4 cylinders from the off, but otherwise that's a fairly established group of managers with decent chairmen in place
