Why would Portsmouth spend a five figure sum on a fair to middling League 2 midfielder? Yes they've signed a few players lately but as far as I know they have all been on frees. If they aren't paying why would we let him go? No he's not great but he's as good as we have in the middle and the only one with a bit of drive, even if we don't see it enough.

He's probably trying to decide between Nandos and Dominoes.
