Not so sure, I think Harry Potter might be a bit of a baby faced assassin, he probably offered up a deal the Riddler was absolutely never going to accept.

Ridsdale needs money to operate, perhaps Brent made it clear that none would be available. The Gargoyle fans are going to get quite upset when they find that they haven't got much to play with.

Exactly. Ridsdale is NOT a philanthropist. As soon as he realised there wasnt money to be made down at Argiggle, he was off "oop north".

Are there any philanthropists in football nowadays? And, yes, I know you own your club (and am genuinely impressed with that). I was meaning individuals.

Seems fairly clear that the PNE owner is requiring specialist help to take the club into administration and who better than riddler? Gullifoyle one suspects is making his way up at this very minute.
