Just looking at our chances of promotion & play-offs with several bookies.

To win League Two - 20/1
To be promoted - 9/4
To reach play-offs - 8/11

Shrewsbury still , in many bookies, are shorter odds than us to reach the play-offs and/or be promoted.

I bet city at the start of the season to win the league at 50/1, had £10 each way so need them to get automatic promotion for a bundle!

Interesting comparison of the eight teams in the frame's chances of going up. Odds quoted here for us are shorter than Shrewsbury but not much in depth analysis of our strengths, which is good.

Happy to be outsiders. What do the bookies know about L2 football, anyway?

Good(ish) article, but WTF??? :-O
18-year-old Liam Sercombe scored the opener at Kenilworth Road
All well, it is "The Gruniard", I suppose ;)

You can see the article's been written with a surface knowledge of all the teams, and the bit I really don't like is the 'Why should we root for them?' bit which is condescending to say the least. But nicely laid out, which seems to be the priority with Guardian's web page these days.

Those odds for Shrewsbury are going to get longer over the next week.
