Doesn't look like we are planning to push ourselves too much. Would be good to have a couple of games against better opposition...

We never push ourselves in pre season. Tisdale is of the softly, softly approach where we ease ourselves into the season.

I know times have changed from the beastings players used to receive in pre season but I'd prefer a bit more emphasis on fitness so we can hit the season in perfect shape.

I did wonder last year if the injury crisis we had early in the season was anything to do with players not being fit enough

We started our friendlies on Friday 8th July last year (at Weymouth). I guess a few more to be announced.

I wonder if we might avoid home games, but a friendly might be useful way to check that changes to the stadium work.

No that was Cardiff. I remember because the bloke behind me was livid about it.
