Piles

Alright guys, basically I have terrible piles, not sure what to do... It's absolutely killing me. My missus said she has heard you pop them back up, but christ, I don't think I could stand that.

What should I do? Any help from you fellow grecians would be appreciated.

Tried rubbing brie, but it just ended up in an extremely unpleasant feeling and smell. My missus wasn't to happy either.

Don't see it to be honest. I have finally decided to go for an ass-esmant at the doctors, I fear I will be bed bound for weeks... Going to be a sh*tty few weeks.
