Petitions = Pathetic
F*cking chuffed Super Tis has actually turned THEM down.

What a legend, bit worried about the comment indicating the club were prepared to let him go... but as Egg says, I'm not sure that's 100% the truth.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch lads! I think he would rather manage a big club like us in the championship under the watchful eye of 15000 fans!
apparently not

It isn't the truth.

The club has been well aware, for some time now, that it was going to have to pull out all the stops to make Tiz stay - for the record, I'm not talking about money rather matching Tiz's ambition - and, like I say, has been working tirelessly towards that goal.

The investment in a new training pitch at the Cat & Fiddle is just one example of this. I think it's altogether conceivable that had the club not sanctioned that work we might now be looking for a new manager.

A nice quote taken from a Swansea fan on their forum about Tis.

"And you can only admire him for that. This is what our errant manager should have told Wigan"

If it isn't the truth - and I don't doubt you for a minute - then the wording of Sky's report is dodgy to say the least:

"Skysports.com understands Swansea approached Exeter about their boss and were close to agreeing a deal for his services."

So how exactly did they come to this understanding? If Sky are just bullsh1tting as usual, then the club should contact them to complain about the wording of their report. Comments like the one above are destablizing and if there is no truth whatsoever to it, then the statement should be retracted.
