So the 15% or the 20% may or may not include the 3.5%, which could actually be 4%.Perhaps thats included in the original deal as in 16.5% sell on + 3.5% solidarity contribution.
Think it's on the profit of the previous sale, so should be based on around 26.2m.Based on 28m
15% sell on + 3.5% solidarity = 4.91mil
20% sell on + 4% solidarity = 6.36mil
