That it was a hypothetical comment. You could have pointed out almost any incident in the match and it would have been a different outcome. Law could have missed the penalty. The ref might not have given it. Williams might have gone too early and got caught offside. Anything could have happened differently in that game but they didn't, and we cained them.
Agree with what you are saying but still feel that tackle at that point in the game Was crucial.

It was one crucial moment but games are made up of crucial moments that define the outcome. If Joel had scored and Argyle came screaming back and won the crucial moment would have been Jake's poor pass to put Joel in. As I said there were many crucial moments that defined that game. The outcome of which was a damned good spanking for the gargs. We deserved the 4-0, if anything it flattered them on the day. And Aaron's tackle was one part of it.

From a Villa twitter site. Looks more like it.
So possible break through with the fee for Watkins,Villa wanted to pay 20 with add ons,now looking like basic fee will be 24 million with add ons inc goals and appearances meaning if all are met it will be worth 27 Million. #AVFC

From a Brummy live report "It was reported over the weekend Villa's hierarchy are preparing to offer a financial package of around £70k-a-week to Watkins to fight off competition from other top-flight clubs." Bit more than he got kicking a ball for us!

3.5million a year!!!!!!!!!! What we as a club could do with that

I always think back to seeing Ollie helping his mum (i presume) with the supermarket shopping when he was 16/17.

Proper chap is Ollie.

Not only could Ollie sponsor MJ next season, he could comfortably give him a new contract 🙂

This is virtually being confirmed around BFC IKT circles ladies and gents. Nice bit of spending money for you. For Ollies sake I hope he does well there as their fans aren’t as forgiving as ours. He’ll double his money plus a little bit so with a 4 year contract. He’ll Be set up for life.

£3.5 mill should keep the Covid 19 wolf away from the Grecian door for s few seasons but if Ollie plays against Wycombe on Sunday me
thinks we are into severe budget cuts as he probably isn't moving on !
Please someone please give Brentford what they want so City have a future.
