Is this rumoured loan to Besiktas with an option to buy, a done deal. And if so what are the terms because if they dont take up the option presumably he gets sent back and his market value will drop. Still 20 % of 8.5m would be a tidy little sum to get!

Strange as the devon live article says hes linked with the loan, but in the article Besiktas are quoted on twitter as saying it's agreed.
