Pate rises early to study learned tomes on the art of goalkeeping such as:

Goalkeepers 'R Us
The Development Of The Sweeper Keeper
Guarding The Near Post (Theory & Practice)
Red Cards For Keepers Through The Ages

And lots, lots more.
That is very nearly funny! :)

I must confess that I p*ss all and sundry off here, constantly going on about goalkeeping errors! Look at DeGea; "Best keeper in the World" according to Ole. I just wish he'd use his hands once in a while instead of blocking nearly every shot with a side foot, like a full back!

It's sort of between Stoke and Manchester. There is a signpost off the M6 IIRC.

As with Naples Pete you must go there before shuffling off this mortal coil.

Nope. By the time we found out we could catch the train an hour later, the door had locked on me, so off to Macclesfield.
Looking forward to your report Hants on places to see, eat, drink etc in this ancient market town.

Thinking about walking to the ground to see what it is like. But wouldn't be happy if the pitch was dried out. Anyways, there is a pub next door to our Premier Inn albeit a Greene King one.

If i had to agree with you we would both be wrong
Phew, thank god for that! And luckily I hadn't forked out for iFollow yet either!
Do they give you a £5.38 refund or put it towards another game ? Pretty sure out in the colonies there would some sort of lawyer to sue someone for making you get up early !

I've never asked for a refund, and I've missed one or two games for similar reasons as todays. I like to think my share of $7 goes towards my beloved football club.
