It amazes me that a cup tie against West Brom of the Premier League isnt selling out, even with our meagre ground capacity. They HAVE won the FA Cup five times. Oh how that wonderful trophy has become devalued in recent times.

On a normal weekday, online orders are picked up pretty quickly for posting and collection. Any existing ticket order can be put together quickly at the counter once it has been made.
We would have closed the Newport online option earlier today as everyone has match duties which prevents monitoring new orders.

Thanks for that info Spoonz but , in your opinion, when do you think this cut-off point would be time-wise on a match day just in case this situation crops up again ?........cheers.

It's usually 12 noon on a match day which is also when the advance price goes up to the match day price. We're usually printing off existing orders before then and that gives us time to catch up the latest ones before booths open up fully at 12.30. By then every one is basically in full swing with match-day duties.
