The King is Dead. Long Live The King!
I bet if exeweb was around in 1976 people would have been moaning about
City signing an unknown striker from Falmouth Town.

I don't know what you were expected Cruddy Grecian, Michael Owen?
Surely the genuis of Tis is to look for hidden gems , rough diamonds
that contribute to the team and that are not individual household names or 'superstars'.

C G if you don't like it go and support a 'real team' like Plymuff Arg*le.

I'd say the ptentialof having a Welsh international on our books sounds pretty promising. Having a lad who has played at every level of youth football for England sounds pretty promising especially with Tis's gift for turning out hidden gems.

I'd like to give Credy the benefit of the doubt and say his opening post is intended as a wind-up but, given his track record, I'm not sure I can.

I expect he's just got back from wherever the Bow tour went, seen the headlines and has shot straight from the hip instead of using his braincell and reading beyond the first sentence of the story before coming to some kind of conclusion.

Don't tell me we've got Kevin 'The Tree' Francis out of retirement.
