Scrappy Doo was indeed an annoying little turd. I can't think of any cartoon character more annoying right now, so i'll go along with that as well.

Those who have children of toddling age will no doubt be experts in Cbeebies. Quite a lot of the content on there is surprisingly watchable (notably "Buzz 'n' Tell" and "Rastamouse", to name two), but on there is also an abomination called "3rd & Bird", featuring THE annoying character to end all annoying characters - Muffin.
The RSPCA would have a field day if I carried out what I would want to do to that effing bird.

Actually, Super Ted was annoying as well. Self righteous as well as annoying,

3. Clifford (the big red dog) - you are just so goooooooooooood with your bloody moral stories, "today's lesson is be a good friend", how about "today's lesson is drop dead you oversized *****";
4. The Teletubbies - all of them, I just hate you all.
