Wouldn't anyone be worried that even in the fifth tier of English football we have to resort to bringing over a large group of overseas players instead of looking at homegrown talent?

Yes, I think it is a bit worrying. But, by the same token, home grown players can try their luck in the other 24 EU countries as well as this one. Its just the way of the world.
