How can you be gutted about losing Ladyboy? He's not be interested at all this season and even when he was interested before he was out injured half the time.
You still need some wingers for Carroll though if you're going to get the best out of him, like I said he's virtually unbeatable in the air.
because despite him being off form/stroppy at times he's a world class striker , better than Carroll , better than Drogba , better than anyone when 100% IMO.

After today, confirmation if any was needed that the terminal decline of LFC is real and gathering pace.

Better than Drogba..................... not so sure about that one. More to the point, he's not the best in his own national squad.
As for Carroll, he'll be England answer to Drogba in years to come. Big, strong, quick and powerful. The only difference is that Carrolls already better in the air.

Carroll has potential no doubt...

Torres is the best striker in world football when fit.

Sadly he hasnt been for a while....50 million is good money.

Carroll will be the first Liverpool player to be jailed if he's not careful though!

According to some Geordie boys the reason why this lay off/injury has taken twice as long to heal as expected was due to a 'misdemeanour' at a Newcastle nite club.

Another £30 million profit from a Rafa signing all the doom and gloom of Rafas signings over the last few years have netted Liverpool close to £100 million net profit not bad for a fat waiter.

Success is rated in trophies not net transfer income.
