Good target man mind & scores a goal as well as making things difficult for the centre half's

Wheeler and Watkins running off him in a 3 would be decent

Have to say Akinfenwa played a blinder at SJP when we beat Wimbledon in the 14/15 season. Scored a cracker, plus he killed the ball dead when the ball dropped out of the sky from a goal kick. He also got clapped off by some of our fans that day.

All that being said, he just looks ridiculous playing football.

Pompey have transfer listed Matt Tubbs, Adam McGurk and Kal Naismith. All forwards I'd like us to go in for.

Would expect Tubbs will end up elsewhere as his wages will be high. McGurk always looked good at Burton, so would be pleased with him. Don't know much about Naismith except he came through Rangers' academy before signing for Accrington.

Tubbs is a proper striker & exactly the type we should go for - we won't.

Look at him! The bloke has an arse bigger than Tisdale's cravat collection.

Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.
He did look on Saturday to be even bigger than I remembered him. Soccerbase says he is 6ft 1 and 13st 8 which I don't believe even if he is mostly muscle.

Was surprised he had started most games this season but in last few months has mainly been a sub for about 20 mins a time. Not likely to score a shed load , to work would have to play in a three with the other two mobile. Another who is at least worth a phone call. Can't picture him and Tisdale together for some reason.

Looking at our potential retained list have we actually any room for any of thrse players? We don't seem to have left much room for manoeuvre.
