Only too happy to oblige.
I should for future reference point out that the whole system is not automatic. I have to effectively vet people's request to ensure that they are indeed Trust members. I do this via the database.
If there is ever a lag, it is simply because I haven't got round to checking the database. I usually check every evening.

Incidentally I really must appologise for the delay in this recently. I am trying to wrestle with another 50 Trust renewals whilst at the same time, manage a website and various Trust / club meetings. All this with a full time job means sometimes something has to give!
