Wouldn't be surprised if that were the case (being offered it, that is). Would be surprised if he turned it down straight-off though.

Knowing the character of the man, surely he'd think about it? A team in the West, with a supportive (and rich) Chairman, building a new ground and a former club to boot. I think he'd at least ask for some time to consider........
