I'd be able to work Mondays and Friday afternoons [y] lol.None, we would do all the training in-house, then if they shows aptitude or expresses a desire to, we can then send them to college to gain more formal qualifications. This isn't strictly necessary though, as assistants are just as important as qualified surveyors.
All the applicant really needs is enthusiasm, initiative and the ability to work in a small team and to be able to get on with people.
