How about the school caretaker, so we can have a caretaker manager for a year?

I'm struggling to understand how, on one hand, you want PT to stay but, on the other, you'd like this fella to be his replacement. They're chalk and cheesy.
Both decent managers, no need to replace like for like in my opinion
