Excited about having proper training session on Dartmoor tomorrow for doing Ten Tors on my Trike a week on Saturday *-)

Terrible. Swine flu I think.

Have had to take 3 days off work in the build up to Saturday. Don't think my nerves can stand it. This is worse than last years play offs

Mixed emotions. Excited about Satuday. But tomorrow 300 people get blown out of the business where I work on either voluntary or compulsory redundancy. A bit of a reality check.
